ABOUT US

A partnership founded on succeeding against the odds.

The ND Network was built on the belief that success in sport and in life is never achieved alone.

Founded by Olympian & Entrepreneur Emma Nedov and High Performance Psychologist Dave Diggle, The ND Network brings together decades of elite experience to create a new model of athlete development. We guide and connect tipping point athletes with the trusted experts, and commercial pathways they need to perform consistently, build their brand, and thrive beyond competition.

Our approach is holistic and human first. We bridge the gap between potential and performance by integrating mindset, media, nutrition, legal, and commercial support within a values driven ecosystem that prioritises ethics, education, and empowerment.

Through partnerships with like minded organisations, we fund and deliver this support to athletes while offering brands meaningful ways to invest in Australian talent. In return, our partners gain access to authentic storytelling, high impact experiences, and alignment with the next generation of high performing, purpose driven leaders.

Dave Diggle

High Performance Psychologist & Co-Founder, NDN

Dave Diggle is a globally recognised Human Performance Strategist and Mental Performance Coach with a career spanning elite sport, education, and corporate leadership. A former international gymnast for Great Britain, Dave competed at European, World and Olympic level before moving into high-performance coaching and later performance psychology.

His journey into sport began as a necessity, not a choice. After a childhood accident left him with lasting balance and hearing challenges, Dave was placed in gymnastics to build coordination. By age 11, he was representing England on the international stage. That early experience shaped his pragmatic, systems-based approach to high performance with a mindset built not just on natural ability, but on resilience, structure and learning how to perform under pressure.

For over two decades, Dave has worked with some of the world’s most demanding teams and athletes, including Olympic gymnasts, world-class rugby sides, elite motorsport teams and national programs across Europe, Asia and Australasia. His clients have included Gymnastics Australia, the Wallabies, West Ham United, Cricket Australia and Team GB.

Dave’s expertise has also been applied in the corporate arena, supporting leadership teams at Apple, Meta, Google, and KPMG, and lecturing in performance psychology at the University of Sydney.

At NDN, Dave brings a unique mix of elite coaching experience, psychological insight and practical delivery. He helps athletes and corporate partners perform at their best, build winning cultures and achieve meaningful, sustained success.

Emma Jane Nedov OLY

Olympian, Athlete Mentor & Co-Founder, NDN

As one of Australia’s most remarkable gymnasts, Emma Nedov’s story is built on resilience, reinvention and relentless ambition. Known in her sport as the “Beam Queen”, Emma carved out a career that would see her return to elite competition at a time few thought possible.

Born in Sydney in 1996, Emma began gymnastics at age six at the Epping YMCA and quickly rose through the ranks to become a Junior and then Senior international competitor for Australia.  Her career was marked by high achievement but also serious setbacks. In 2017 she ruptured her Achilles tendon and initially stepped away from the sport.

Rather than end her journey, Emma’s time away became a springboard for the boldest chapter yet. After years of training, health challenges and reevaluating her identity beyond gymnastics, she made one final comeback and secured selection in the Australian team for the Paris 2024 Olympics.

Today Emma translates her elite sport experience into a multifaceted career. She is a speaker, certified nutrition coach, athlete advisor, mentor, and entrepreneur. Through ventures like the performance advisory organisation The ND Network (NDN) and the athlete‑designed accessories brand NYRA, she helps athletes and high‑performers define success on their own terms.

Emma’s mission is clear: to empower others to trust themselves, embrace challenge and thrive beyond competition.
